Questions

Can you help with my OCI application?

Yes. I make sure every page that needs a notary is signed, notarized and complete before you leave. I'm not an attorney, so I can't give legal or immigration advice about your eligibility or which forms to file.

Should I sign my documents before I come?

No. California law requires you to sign in front of the notary, so please bring your documents unsigned.

What ID do I need?

An unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a passport (Indian or U.S.), a California driver's license or ID card, or a U.S. permanent resident card. Every signer needs their own ID.

Do you come to my home or office?

Yes, anywhere within 20 miles of Newark, including Fremont, Union City, Hayward, Milpitas and San Jose. Mobile visits have an extra travel fee. Text or WhatsApp me for a quote.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Online bookings need at least two hours' notice. For anything more urgent, text or WhatsApp me and I'll do my best to fit you in.

How is the $5 per stamp counted?

Each notarial certificate I complete and stamp counts once. A single document signed by two people usually needs two stamps.
